Vendor Contract Terms

This Vendor contract is between the applicant, herein referred to as Vendor and Key Peninsula Community Services, herein referred to as KPCS.

  1. KPCS is providing the booth space only. You are responsible for bringing your own tent/canopy, tables, chairs and/or other items for your booth area.
  2. Vendor agrees to pay KPCS by July 31, 2018 for each booth space rented.   Limited space. SETUP TIME 8:30-9:30
  3. Vendor agrees NOT to hold any raffles, drawings, or have “Carnival type” games at the event that are not previously approved by the Key Peninsula Logging Show Committee.
  4. Food Vendors must have proper permits and previous approval by the Key Peninsula Logging Show Committee.
  5. Vendor vehicles must be removed from vendor location by 9:30am on day of event.
  6. The undersigned hereby agrees to hold harmless KPCS, its board members, its volunteers, or any persons involved with Key Peninsula Logging Show & Festival, from all claims,     demands, damages, actions or causes of action, whether on account of property damage, theft, vandalism, act of God (weather), bodily injuries or death caused or contributed to by vendor participation on day of event.
  7. KPCS reserves the right to restrict or remove exhibitors without a refund, which have been misrepresented in application, operation, or are deemed to be unsuitable or objectionable. This applies, but is not limited to, noise, persons, animals, things, conduct, printed materials, or anything of a character that might be objectionable to the show or the management. Offenders will be asked to leave the event without cause, reason, or refund if any of the terms are violated.
